Team Members

Accessing Team Settings

To access a team’s settings and make it your active team:

  1. Click on any team card from the Teams page
  2. This action will both:
    • Open the team management page
    • Set this team as your active team

Team Settings

Basic Team Information

  • Team Name: Edit your team name and click “Save changes” to update
  • Member Management: View and manage team members
  • Invitation: Add new members by entering their email addresses

Team Members Table

The members table shows:

  • Member name and avatar
  • Role (Owner/Admin/Member)
  • Join date
  • Additional actions (accessible via the “…” menu)

Managing Team Members

Inviting Members

  1. Locate the email input field at the top of the members list
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  3. Click the “Invite” button to send an invitation

Member Roles

  • Owner: Has full administrative rights
  • Member: Can access team resources but cannot modify team settings

Team Switching

You can switch between teams in two ways:

  1. Click on a team card from the Teams page
  2. Use the team switcher in the bottom-right corner of any page

The currently active team is always displayed in the bottom-right corner for reference.

Removing a Team

To delete a team permanently:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the team settings page
  2. Click “Permanently remove team”
  3. Confirm the deletion

Warning: This action:

  • Cannot be undone
  • Will delete all team resources
  • Will remove all team members
